Mr. Castro is a lawyer associate with 5 years working in the firm. During his tenure, he has been working in the litigious area basically, offering services in the civil and labor. He has also provided assistance in the tax service, specifically in the administrative process before the Tax Administration
Mr. Castro is graduated with a Law Degree from Pontifical Mother and Teacher University, (PUCMM) and a Master Degree from the same University in civil procedural.
He is a member of the Lawyers Dominican College and speak fluently Spanish and English.
ROSA JOHANNA VILLANUEVA
Ms. Villanueva has been a firm member for a period of 10 years and has worked extensively with the founders in the analysis, research and drafting of documents. She is also in charge of coordinating the assignment of cases with the lawyer network.

Ms. Villanueva participates in consulting business in the tax area, including filing tax return annually and monthly. She has also been involved on incorporating companies, including administration, dissolutions, selling and buying shares contracts, labor agreements and discharges.
Ms. is graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and a Law Degree from the Santo Domingo Autonomous University. She is a member of the Lawyers Dominican College.
